Remind your local hospital workers (don’t forget sanitation staff/volunteers/receptionists, etc.) that the community is grateful for their expertise and efforts. Be sure to make arrangements with the hospital/office/etc. prior to delivering the cards.

A regular gratitude practice has positive effects on our physical and mental well-being, even when we keep those grateful thoughts private. Journaling is a tool to develop our gratitude muscle!

While designed for with an ocean view in mind, this project is perfect for lakes, ponds, rivers and streams too.

Learning how to say “hi” to others in their language is a great way to be welcoming.  Human connection starts with hello.
