💚 We’re proud to announce that Kindness Matters 365 is participating in the RTR 5K for Recovery on May 10th, during Mental Health Awareness Month and Mother’s Day weekend.⁣⁣⁣

This powerful event was created to shine a light on mental health, inspired by real stories and driven by love, community, and the belief that together, we can make a difference.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
A portion of funds raised will support the Melanie Simon Memorial Fund with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and the rest will help RTR continue its mission to support healing, growth, and giving back through fitness and recovery.⁣⁣⁣

🏃‍♀️ How to Sign Up for Kindness Matters 365:⁣⁣⁣
1️⃣ Click the link in our bio – you’ll immediately begin the registration form⁣⁣⁣
2️⃣ Choose whether you want to participate in person or select the Sleep-In Option⁣⁣⁣
3️⃣ When asked if you want to join/form a team, select “YES”⁣⁣⁣
4️⃣ Click Continue — then you’ll be able to select Kindness Matters 365 from the list 💚⁣⁣⁣
