This event intends to educate and inspire others with that message. It will be an experiential and interactive event. And it will shed much-needed light on all our region’s mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional resources. Because kindness to yourself matters.”

Main Stage events throughout the day will include entertainment by DJ Jean, Sound Bowl Meditation with Marianne Altschul and Jill Rappaport, Yoga Flow with Leslie Glickman, Rope Flow and Movement with AJ Londano and Georgie Boynton, a Drumming Circle with Anthony Bacchus, Mixed Martial Arts with Caio Uruguai of True Kombat Training, Didgeridoo by Bumi Benjamin throughout the day, and more.
