The Things I Can Control

This poster is a visual reminder to help children and adults focus on what they can control rather than what they can't. Draw a Line Down the Middle – Fold your paper in half or draw a line to make two sections. Left side: Things I Can Control. Right side: Things I Cannot Control. Label Each Side – Write the titles at the top of each column. Think of Examples - Can Control: My attitude, my effort, how I treat others, my words, my choices. Cannot Control: The weather, other people's actions, what others think, time, traffic. Write or Draw – In each column, add words or little pictures to show your examples. Decorate – Use colors, doodles, or stickers to make your poster fun and easy to remember. Hang It Up – Place your poster somewhere you can see it when you need a reminder.

Flower Breathing

Flower Breathing is a calming breathing exercise that uses imagination to help slow down and relax. You pretend you're holding a flower, then breathe in slowly through your nose as if smelling the flower, and breathe out gently through your mouth like you're blowing the petals. This simple technique helps focus the mind, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm—perfect for kids and adults alike.
