Our Kindness programming has something for everyone—explore them all and find the one (or more!) that’s right for you!
Bring the power of kindness and emotional regulation to your school through youth-focused clubs, assemblies, educator training, and service projects that strengthen well-being and connection.
Our assemblies for elementary, middle, and high school students combine brain science with practical strategies to help students and staff understand how the brain responds to stress, relationships, and learning.
Through interactive activities, participants learn to manage emotions, build resilience, and practice kindness in everyday life.
Educator workshops translate the latest science on self-regulation into practical tools for the classroom, helping teachers model these skills while creating supportive learning environments.
Some of our most-requested topics include:
• Fostering Empathy in Digital Spaces: Encouraging Respectful Online Communication
• Self-Awareness and Understanding the Brain
• Kindness to Each Other / Relationship Building
• Celebrating Diversity and Finding Common Ground
• Kindness to Yourself: Stress, the Brain, and Self-Care
• Navigating Challenges and Building Resilience

Whether you're a student or a community supporter, our volunteer network empowers people of all ages to take action through service, mentorship, and events.
